oh my goodness,i just went through like the same thing exactly six days ago.
only he told me over the phone.
yeah,evidently the relationship wasn't going anywhere.. hahah,yeah right,cause seven months isn't going anywhere.? :]

but anyway,
i know how badly it hurts.. and,the first day sucks.REALLY BAD..
but,during times like these you remember what your friends are for. :] you need to fill in your extra time with going out with girlfriends and being completely crazy,even though it may be tough at first.. and,always remember to cry as much as you need when you're with them.. if you cry when you need to,it'll lessen a ton the next couple days..
but before you do that,you do need a day or two to just sit and eat all the chocolate and ice cream you want and cry and watch movies. :]
it really does get better,you just need to take it day by day,and keep telling yourself that there's someone else out there that will love you so much more and would never ever want to hurt you.

dont hate urself so much for cutting, i know its rong i used to do it myself but the main thing is u know u have a problem with it and r trying to quit. Next time u think of doing it try to do sumit to take ur mind off it it can be hard i know and there will b times when u slip up but as long as u keep trying ur doing rite.

Just keep telling urself that nothing is worth scarring urself over no matter what the problem is, u putting all these nasty looking scars over ur body is just not worth it try to deal with it in another way. What i did when i felt like cutting was put on some fast beat music n do a bit of boxing in my room n it helped a lot it gets all the stress out id rather do that than end up with scars everywhere.

Ur strong enough to do it just dont feel bad when u have a slip up coz we all have them once in a wile, take care xx
